one overlooked issue it seems
Dedicated run drivers like fedex and UPS and USPS... the sooner you are done the better the pay equates
So many I have observed doing say 65-70 in a 55 zone say in the 294 in Chicago... and no one it seems are watching the GPS tracking and disciplining these speedsters...

Not too sure about UPS road drivers.
Last I heard they were hourly.
