I second the suggestion to meet up at Idlebuster camp. The candybar couple are really great folks. Good to see those I knew already, good to meet those I'd only heard of before. You just can't beat grill'n with fellow expediters. Wish there were more chances to do it.

And to think we get paid to do this! We had a great evening, perfect weather, great food, and great conversation! [well most of it!] The last evening BBQ was really the perfect way to end a fun couple days! There was also much discussion on getting together next year at MATS over in the Papa John’s parking lot!

The chainsaw guy and his family were really great people to get to know and Molly had lots of compliments on her bust!

A few passing thru here in Indiana thought attendance was down abit from last year...truck lot wasn't as full as last year..I guess no truck giveaway this year was a factor..if it was down...still alot of fathers and sons to see the BIG trucks though...not much for us experienced guys to see or do...cept stand around and shoot the breeze....

Sorry Lawrence..the load Gods kept me away....I was just saying what a couple other teams that passed thru here and their observations....

Sat was much better crowd than Fri.... that said, it was still a great show and a good time. Thanks goes out to anyone and everyone that helped put it on.

OVM,

I was on the prowl for EO Members and I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss you. I know you were a regular at previous shows.

We didn't break any attendance records this year - but I'm waiting for the final numbers - my guess is somewhere around 4,200+.

Overall - the exhibitors stepped it up this year. There were some COOL exhibits.

Can you believe our first planning meeting for 2009 is tomorrow?
