On a brighter note: I am hearing rumors of the Chrysler & GM setting up a VIP network of haulers for the ones that filled loads at the end when others were to afraid of not getting paid. From what they say; NLM will be pretty much out as far as they are concerned.

Does not suprise me a bit. NLM has/had just a bunch of bean counters (employees) who were not gamblers. Believe me, when you pull someones "fat outa the fire" they NEVER forget it. As it should be, and, FACTUALLY IS. It will be personnaly satisfying to me to observe a few "Ma &Pa's getting their just reward after so many years of excellent service.

Kinda funny how "what goes around, comes around", ain't it????

would be nice if they give smaller carriers a chance to grow, even if the pay per mile is low it has to be better than bigger ones broler it down

I heard that Chrysler loads are going to be leaving the NLM site and going over to one that Expediters International is starting up.
