What I find interesting is the US represents over 90 million of that number.

And, we are record holders for food stamps. Now one in five are on them.

But Obama says unemployment is down to 6.7 (more like 37 percent) if we are to use that 90M number.

To answer your question yes the economy is getting better...slowly though. I would also note that if you read the article it does say the reason for the high number is due to those dang baby boomers retiring at least one of those reasons....according to this

No problem. Simple solution. Bring the rest of the 202M into the U.S., register them as democrats, and let them vote for Obama... that is the ones that haven't already done so from wherever they are right now. You can bet that some of them are already Obama voters.
