I thought it was a cool thing. When I was a Owner Operator at FedEx I wore my uniform with pride. I think the purple socks would look good with the uniform. You could say you wanted be like Donny Osmond. :)

I think the Feds should have a purple hair tie back....so Dreamer can make his ponytail match his socks...:p

If men knew purple has traditionally been associated with royalty, some would wear nothing else, lol.
Anyone who needs to color coordinate their socks with their carrier can always get some rainbow stripes and be good to go, wherever they go.
Oh [brake lights!], I forgot: real men don't wear rainbows, either - but a gawdawful eyeball searing mix of clashing plaids, no problem, lol.:p

I was in the store the other day, ran across a pair of shorts that got me looking. The size was something like 60 inches...Wow I thought, that is one big pair of shorts. The I looked at the lable.

Of course "real men" don't wear rainbows. Rainbows are not solid, you can see through them. If one was attempting to wear one one would likely get arrested. Plaids? Why?

I was poking OVM - there's a photo out there of him wearing the aforementioned gawdawful eyeball searing clashing [fighting a duel to the death, actually] plaid shorts & shirt. In public. [OK, it was just us expediters,lol]
And he will never live it down, because that's how we are. :D

Good golly Phill if ya miss us this bad that its got ya talken about purple socks for the Fed hey Im sure you can come back man dont think anyone would rub ya to bad for leaven.
