It's exclusive use in that the entire truck is dedicated to the load and time critical because the produce will spoil if not quickly delivered. In that sense, is a load of lettuce an expedited load?

I don't think that is ever gonna happen I'm not sure anyone would give more than they have to its a good dream , when I make more I give a bonus to my guys but I still have to make up for loss and I don't believe for a moment that the big guys would ever adopt that theoryI think that companies should pay the driver which ever way pays more. Per mile or a % that would be a transparent company. Pays more to the driver
