What half-truths would that be?

I hope after reading my link I provided you will better understand the Affidavit of Probable Cause and understand that the prosecutor did nothing out of the ordinary when presenting it to the court.

Oh I don't know, maybe she is willing to do her job? She hasn't done anything wrong so I'm not sure why the jury would not trust her. Now on the other hand, I can't say the same thing for George and his wife Shellie, especially with what came about from the bond hearing.

Like turtle said earlier:

Maybe you should start a thread about Mr. Hershowitz and his hissy fit he is having about Angela Corey.

There appears to be a lot of holes in her affidavit to support second degree murder. I'm sure they are just honest mistakes and omissions.
Maybe this will give you a better understanding about what are half truths.

I don't know Witness, that is basically a opinion from a blogger. Here is one for fun from your same source using MSNBC. Wonder if Fox snuck over there for an hour. ;)
Probable Cause Affidavit in George Zimmerman Case Woefully Inadequate - South Florida Criminal Lawyers Blog

Sometimes you need to read a little farther down the page. They are just different opinions.

Dude, read my sigline, I don't care if its FoxNews, MSNBC or CNN, the only thing you've provided is Mr. Dershowitz on another cable news opinion show.

From your first blog:

As the Florida Supreme Court held in Johnson v. State, 660 So. 2d 648 (Fla. 1995), if omitted material is added to an affidavit and thus defeats probable cause; and if the omission resulted from intentional or reckless police conduct with the intent to deceive, then a defendant is entitled to an evidentiary hearing.

If they want to go down that road and try and prove the above, they certainly have the right to. If they can prove that, then Mr. Zimmerman can have his evidentiary hearing. I personally do not think that will happen. A quote from the blog I linked to:

Dershowitz does not even attempt to identify any specific statutes or rules which may have been violated by the prosecutors. Instead, rather than providing any actual explanations, his accusations of criminal conduct are based on nothing more than a few empty declarations to the effect that “this is the justice system” and “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.”

You see, Dershowitz saying these things without backing them up with any actual statutes or rules being violated is good for ratings and getting people riled up.

All I was pointing out that you put out something that you say is fact based and it is like the others, nothing more than ones opinion.

I think Muttly deserves props and a harump or two for successfully deflecting and hijacking the thread. Masterful. Well done, my friend, well done! :D

Kind of like what we put up with for almost 3 weeks when MSNBC was running the Trayvon Martin story hour upon hour upon hour, Right...............
