Their response to the EGR- "That's part of being an owner operator"!

Pardon my french, but that's bulls***.
This dealer needs to step up and make the repairs especially to the ones that occurred during the 30 day warranty period.

This company is beginning to sound like another company that did alot of business with expeditors, (alumijunk).

That company is gone as far as manufacturing expeditor vehicles, mainly because they made inferior products, didn't do enough to make things right with the purchaser, and unsavory business practices.

Businesses like these need to realize the power of the internet and word of mouth opinions.
If they don't do right by there customers, it won't be long before the word is widespread enough to seriously affect their business and yes, to put them out of business.

WOW! I had no idea that so many people have had bad fyda experinces. Like I said before my experience was great I got a good dependable truck and the minor problemsthat accured were reimbused after about 30 days. I did pray before making the decision and asked the Lord to guide me to the right truck if any and I pray over the truck before the ignition key gets turned. That may have something to do with it

FYDA advertise trucks for sale on this site but they never include their pricing as do most of the other advertisers. This alone makes me suspicious of their sales tactics. Perhaps they are one of those "what will it take to put you in this truck" dealers out to squeeze every possible dollar out of customers. And now, based upon what I have read here they are completely off of my list of companies that I will deal with.

I think it depends on who your salesman is. I would buy from them again but Bobby Snyder would be the only salesman I would use He wasnt pushy and did more than I expected. when I called him up to get the price he gave it to me without the typical salesman garb. I dont like vehicle salesman but I like bobby snyder and I would definetly buy from him again

Bobby Snyder is who sold us our lemon! He spent a total of 5 min with us after we drove 800 miles to look at the truck. He was no help when we kept breaking down so we had to go over his head but the sales mgr. Tony, couldn't or wouldn't give us the number to the Regional guy.
