A little bit of a stretch with this statement. When I drive 63 I get 17-18 per gal. When I drive 70 I get 16-17 per gal. It does help but its not 20% savings. '07 e-350 extended 5.4L gas

That's good to see that Ford seems to be getting better fuel economy these days.

Yea right.

Any of you want to pay my bills?

I'm not a frickn' teamster who gets paid for striking.

Fuel prices are high because of speculation in the market and the value of the dollar. If we want to get the fuel prices down, then raise interest rates, bring back some confidence in the dollar while seriously cutting the federal debt - like 25% of the operating cost of the entire federal government.

Value of the dollar is becoming a bigger problem every day. As DC keeps racking up the debt, the value of the dollar drops. Since its value is less, it takes more dollars to buy the same barrel of foreign oil.
Of course we are so smart we give billions in loan guarantees to Brazil so they in turn can screw us later.
