layoutshooter, please tell us what you are driving and how it is set up. all the specs of the truck. i have the mbe 4000 and hold real steady now at 9.5 to 10.2 depending on all the factors and have usually been better than most with this engine but have never come close to 11.5 unless driving in a storm or for extended periods at 45mph. just curious if you do anything different. thanks, TNT

OK call me a liar.. 11.3 (OTR) MBE900 260 hp, Eaton fuller 6 spd, 4.3, rarely go over 60 mph.

Saving fuel is easy...just slow down.For every mph you run over 55,you use 1 tenth of a gallon of fuel.1/2 gallon savings in a year will be $10000 in your pocket.Its your choice
