I think they plan a week in to the school year for weather like this. If it goes over that week, they make it up by adding days on at the end of the school year

Which really perturbs the kids

I know of one school in my area that added 40 minutes to the school day this year to help offset the closings. Yeah, that went over big

In a ****y mood now. So the load i have been sitting here in Charlotte all weekend waiting for, wasn't even here. Somebody picked it up Friday. Funny thing tho it was dispatched to me Saturday. It was going to Lakeland Florida. Meaning i was 25ish miles from Tampa. Grrr. Guess I'm going to try to nap.

Sounds like 2 days of detention to me.
