Well first thing that comes to mind is that there is something wrong with the truck then the people who work on it. If anyone tells me that it happens more than once unless the truck is consitently abused, I would say that the people who work on it do such a cheap job or the owners don't want to pay to get it fixed right.

A condenser should last a little longer than a month or two, like a bunch of years. I know that the condenser on this truck has never been changed and the only vehicle I ever had problems with is a caravan which I refuse to fix, three times is too much.

As for what you can do, nothing really. Maybe watch how you shut the hood or stay away from gravel trains or live with the idea that you will not have air conditioning.

the last time it was repaired by the freightliner dealer in nashville and it went out yesterday i had to get a motel room cause it was to hot for me and my puppy plus im suspoed to be picking up a nother truck next week in nashville so we are not going to repair it cause it is getting sold to a dealer in colmbus then they can have fun with it

Well it is good that you get the puppy out of the heat.

I would still suggest what you watch how you shut the hood or stay away from gravel trains.

Good luck with the new truck.

Most likely there is a blockage in the system, susually if it can not be blown out all the lines should be replaced, its expensive but it should slove the prolbem.

I had an '06 freightliner M2 Business class straight truck for 1 yr...the a/c condenser was replace 13 times...the same little tube coming from the bottom left would break and leak out all the freon or whatever the green liquid was after 2 days...1.5 weeks was the shortest it lasted...2 months was the longest
