I've called the free 411 number several times, (usually to get a customer phone number, when the one provided turns out to be someone's voicemail, and I can't find their street on the Garmin, Streets & Trips, or the atlas), and the voice recognition program never seems to understand what I'm saying. Maybe I just talk funny, but last time I tried, it kept hearing Kentucky, when I said Tennessee  Anyone else have that problem?

I've used the free411 and it was ok but you had to listen to commercials while your # was being searched. I now use the google free info and it works pretty well. much better than paying verizon a dollar a call. googles # is 800-466-4411.

I've used it before, but the voice recognition has a hard time with me for some reason. You used to be able to get a person on there, but now I think if you need to talk to a person, it costs you. A lot of times I just wait until I'm stopped and look up numers online.
