Maybe the missing folks checked the " don't show me online " box in settings?

We found a bug in the Timezone settings - it's throwing our numbers off. We have around 1100 members and guests and 100 bots. It's in our production queue.

BTW, can you please post what your Time Zone is set to? It's in your settings (mouse over your profile).
