Not sure why this would be considered or called Obamaworld, when you take into account this is a result of Congressional legislation that took place before Obama was even a candidate for President. The ESTA is a direct result of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007. It was signed into law by President George W. Bush on August 3, 2007.
