I have a new 2018 Ford Transit medium roof.
I am here asking for advice because it feels like you all may be the people to ask.
My cargo van is to be used for just that. Cargo.
25”x25” by 30” tall on wheels @ 200-300 pounds per box.
I need strong and secure. An aluminum divider and plastic walls is not good enough.
Mostly for my own safety and to preserve the vehicle as much as possible.
All travel is local/regional so I don’t need a sleeper.
I need strong and secure.
My first inclination is at least 1/2-5/8 plywood walls and ceiling (this should stop most things)
with something more substancial on the floor.
L track on every surface except doors.
The bulkhead is my biggest concern.
Any advice is greatly appreciated
Thank you.
