Fishing

Relocated myself onto Lake Erie yesterday. Took my brother and his two young daughters catfishing. My 9 year old niece caught the only two cats we got. I only got about 6 bullheads. Had a fun day.

Without a doubt. We had as good a day as could be expected with little kids in the boat. They tend to make serious fishing difficult. Was GREAT getting out on the Lake.

When I go fishing it is to put food on the table AND have fun doing it. With kids in the boat the putting food on the table part is FAR more difficult. They walk around too much in the boat, they need constant watching etc. Hard to concentrate on bait presentation etc. Cuts WAY down on the number of fish caught in a day.
