Fired for owning a gun

21 year employee fired for acknowledging in a conversation with coworkers he owned a gun he kept at home. Not brought to work against company policy, if there even is such a policy, just legally owned at home pursuant to Constitutional right to do so. I'm almost always against lawsuits but this is one I hope the man wins and with a HUGE judgement against the worthless employer.

Even if there is a company policy, the Indiana "take your gun to work" law prohibits employers from prohibiting employees from bring a gun to work, as long as the gun is secured in their vehicle. An employer can prohibit guns to be brought into the workplace, but that's all. But most importantly, the law also explicitly prohibits employers from asking personal questions regarding any employee’s potential status as a gun owner. He should win this in a slam dunk.
