How do you go about finding a compatible team driver to team with you if you don't have an existing team mate already? Any advice?

do you have a friend that you are close to, know and trust is 1st place I would start
also have a codriver is almost like being married . one of my cousin had the same codriver for over 25 years.
there family's were close his oldest son married his codriver oldest daughter

I got no one. Well I got one prospect but he ccx won't be ready for awhile. The only reason I'm not OTR now is that I've yet to connect with someone I can team with. I will definitely be an asset to an experienced driver with a truck. I'm solid in all conditions. In a non smoker, non drinker, non gambler with a supportive family at home. Quiet, clean, safe, and respectful. Strong people skills I can adapt to various situations to keep life easier on the road. Anyway we'll see how it goes. Thanks for advice
