FMCSA removes waiver requirement for diabetic truckers
So I’ve been waiting to get my CDL ever since I was 21 it looks like I can finally do that. My doctor already signed papers for the Waiver but the DOT Doctor was kinda rude and would not pass me even though my Regular doctor signed all the paper for the Waiver. And now my doctor said they will sign the paper giving me a DOT card for the 12 months. I just now heard of this new rule from FMCSA. Any thoughts from you guys out there. I have driven before for NON CDL vans but have always wanted to drive either 18 wheeler or Straight.
