Feinstein the crook?

A new modern day Haliburton.

The US has entered into a contract with a real estate firm to sell 56 buildings that currently house U.S. Post Offices. The government has decided it no longer needs these buildings, most of which are located on prime land in towns and cities across the country. The sale of these properties will fetch about $19 billion.

A regular real estate commission will be paid to the company that was given the exclusive listing for handling the sales.

That company is CRI and it belongs to a man named Richard Blum. Richard Blum is the husband of Senator Dianne Feinstein and is shown with her in the picture above. (Most voters and many of the government people who approved the deal have not made the connection between the two because they have different last names).

Senator Feinstein and her husband stand to make a fortune (EST at between $950 million and $1.1 billion!!) from these transactions. His company is the sole real estate on the sale. CRI will be making a minimum of 3% and as much as 6% commission on each and every sale. All of the properties that are being sold are all fully paid for. They were purchased with U.S. taxpayers dollars.

The U.S.P.S. is allowed free and clear, tax exempt use. The only cost to keep them open is the cost to actually keep the doors open and the heat and lights on. The United States Postal Service doesn't even have to pay county property taxes on these subject properties. QUESTION? Would you put your house in foreclosure just because you couldn't afford to pay the electric bill?

Well, the folks in Washington have given the Post Office the OK to do it! Worse yet, most of the net proceeds of the sales will go back to the U.S.P.S, an organization that is so poorly managed that they have lost $117 billion dollars in the past 10 years!

No one in the mainstream media is even raising an eyebrow over the conflict of interest and on the possibility of corruption on the sale of billions of dollars worth of public assets. How does a U.S. Senator from San Francisco manage to get away with organizing and lobbying such a sweet deal? Has our government become so elitist that they have no fear of oversight? And it's no mere coincidence that these two public service crooks have different last names; a feeble attempt at avoiding transparency in these type of transactions.

The government should have real estate people at GS11 who get paid their salary and that's all. It's bovine feces for Mr. Feinstein to get the exclusive contract. If they're using realtors at full commission it should be one local realtor per building. It should be a standard government employee though.

IF it is not, this entire thing SHOULD be illegal. Feinstein should be forced out of office. Holder won't do anything, even if he could.

No, but Holder will look in to it. wink, wink.

Just like he looked into Fast and Furious and the Panthers with their billy clubs in front of polling places and the Obama/Clinton "mess up" in Benghazi, and and and and and and..................................................

Oh, that dear saint of a Senator. Worrying about closing post offices making it more difficult to vote by mail. That certainly is the number one issue and priority regarding post offices. After all, it's much easier to fraudulently vote by mail than having to go to the trouble of getting to a polling place and have to face the election supervisor to fraudulently vote in person.

Regardless of whether it is a email or not depends on whether there is any truth to it. I am hardly convinced with the notion that she doesn't discuss business with her husband. Like I said, reminds me of Haliburton.

Dianne Feinstein's Husband Brokering Post Offices-Truth!

Our government is INFESTED with crooks, and it knows NO party line. Feistein is just one of the many. She will likely get away with this.

Funny, with ALL of this stuff about the corrupt Demoncrats is going on that you hardly hear anything about in on the new. Like the gun runner and the guy in Chicago etc etc.

Can you imagine if it was a Rumbumlican politician that was arrested for attempting to run guns? You hear more about "Bridgegate" than the gun running.

And if one Senator is tied to gun running, starts to make sense with all the stalling and hiding things with the Fast and Furious scandal. Maybe there is and maybe there isn't but it opens the door to those possibilities when you see this kind of stuff going on.
BTW...you forgot about the corruption in Charlotte this week.
Another democrat mayor arrested.

The coming in so fast one can hardly keep up. The Christie "Bridgegate" deal doesn't come close to any one of these.

I did forget about Charlotte.

"Bridgegate" does not come close but it is getting way more press then the gun running charges are. It would not surprise me to find this gun running goes way beyond this one, very anti-gun, anti-freedom, Democrat California state senator.

Feinstein is very much in line with this gun runner.
