Are you loaded yet!?!? ;) anyway you cut it there are still only 52 weeks in the yr...what month the 5th weeks fall in, who cares, they still come each yr....

A week is a week, no matter how many are in a month. If we were 40 hours a week group then yeah.....Matters not. QC for 35 per week is contract, 4 weeks or 5.

A full time employee can only get 2080 hours in a year. Paying 1st and 15th or every two weeks. One of those you make more money per payday one you don't. But, it always comes out to 2080 hours, full time.

July had 5 fridays, 5 Saturdays, and 5 Sundays, still didn't matter.

Looks like some have never been really bad off....

I remember times when that 5th pay in the same month really saved my bacon..back in the days...

Back in the early 80s me and the former spousal unit were buying our first home during some very lean times. Those occasional extra paydays helped get a mortgage payment in on time more than once.

It is nice having those couple of months a year that you get a little extra breathing room.

That was my whole point....since some had a slow time over the last couple months that 5th settlement could have made all the difference...

Well this work is the first time in 20 years I was paid weekly so I am used to per month or every two weeks. Personally I liked being paid on the first of the month.

I'm feeling richer this month than last month and I'm spending a great deal of money while I'm home too...just because I feel like I can :D

Miles make such a biger impact than the # of paychecks or weeks in a month.

You are right though, I did burn through a lot of savings. My buffer in my account is gone.

I believe the linear relationship between these two statements can be expressed with a correlation coefficient. But when it comes to mixing numbers and letters, well that ain't natural and way beyond my abilities. I'll let a math head explain the correlation between miles and disappearing savings.
