Feedback about C.&.M.?

I'm seeing a new, smaller company out there called C.N.M. or C & M.

A few folks have said great things about them, can anyone supply feedback for us? Pros and Cons both.

They are based in Cleveland.

They are a small but very active carrier. There are several forum mebers who have run for them at one time or another - maybe they can shed some light.
