We were just in Las Vegas and the reserved spots were almost full and the parking lot was not full. From what Tom has said they are getting many calls and emails thanking them for this service so time will tell where the program will go.

Jim I would use the email Moose gave you to express your concerns as I know Tom listens.

in MY email reply to Tom i simply told him that i am taking my business to their competition when i have a choice.
i also provided a link to the other TA parking ban thread, so he can read our full outrage over this stupid program .
i have no dought that they will continue to ignore us, the costumers, as this is a newfounds money cash cow.
on the XM show they mention 6,000 reservations. @ 10$ a pup. that's a golden egg that will never go away.

If one of these reserved parking places smells of urine, does the next user get his or her money back?

They could do it where it is fair. 50 gallons of fuel you get a VIP parking credit. When we fuel there at let's say 1500 gallons a month and some schmuck who doesn't fuel at ta/petro can pay $10 and get a spot isn't right. Most time I park at pilot because more parking. So why fuel at ta and drive to a pilot to sleep.
