That does sound correct to me. So how we would look at that load offer is how much does it pay? If the load offer is not enough to run turn it down.

I think that "If it doesn't pay enough don't run it" is how this new program got started. Those contract/discount customers that never paid a fsc were not getting thier loads ran. From the sounds of things, not to many are fooled by this new way of thinking. I think that the "old" way of things was ok. I will be impressed when FEDCC give us alittle bit of the 42% of the load pay that they are keeping to cover the fsc, tolls and base freight charges that those contract/discount customers are not paying. We will also stay to the rule, if it doesn't pay enough we are not hauling it.
