I made the mistake of leaving the QC unit plugged in over the weekend only to find a dead battery. I keep meaning to check with the shop to see if the setting can be changed. It's currently set to stay on for 3 hrs before shutting down. With having only one battery that's a little long to stay running. Maybe now I'll remember to ask  Thankfully, I had already bought a portable jump start battery that has already paid for itself, and also helped out a cat cargo van driver last year

No way the draw on the unit would kill it in 3 hours. It is like leaving a cell phone charging.

I've left mine on for a week without starting the van and it did fine... might be a weak battery, or something else drawing.

I leave my QC on for weeks while at home....and it starts no problem....
Sprinters won't start with a weak battery...they just click or do nothing....but get to a shop and they test just fine....experience has taught me when to change it out...

Is anyone having problems with the Load 1 Online Safety Training? I view the videos, yet the questions do not come up after the video is done. Can't complete anything.

Maybe it doesn't like the WAY your watching?? Try tilting your head to the left just a little...see if that helps.

Actually :D

After thinking about it a little. I think I remember watching one that did that. I found that I had already watched that particular video sometime last year by mistake...and so...It didn't require me to answer the questions again. When looking at the list of videos, there is something there that tells you if they have been watched. Check that.

I had them change mine to 1 hr. You can just call the shop, they just send it to the qc as an update.
