Sensors... and about 12 active codes. apparently the guy who was working on this thing when I was driving for fleet owner never reset any of the codes. there were active codes for several things I know we replaced. Once he checked and reset all those, it started running much better, before he replaced anything.... the computer was just locked in a loop thinking all those things were wrong currently.

the only current problem left are a MAP sensor which should be in tomorrow, and glow plugs, which I already knew.

unfortunately I will have several hundred dollars in chasing down ghosts, and the scan etc but I figure it could have been much worse so I'm not complaining.

he had no way of knowing we had replaced all those things, so he had to check them and they kept coming up good. crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor, fuel rail, o2 sensor etc.

Home for 4 day weekend after being out 5 weeks. Could have been on our way to Laredo from the office but was in much need of "out of the truck time" and maintenance on the truck. Will hit the ground running again on Monday.

It comes from too much time alone in a sprinter setting in a dark corner of a truck stop parking lot......:D

Oh God help us, that will make you question your career, your religion, and every decision you have ever made lol.

time sitting in a parking lot is the worst enemy this career has ever known

Couple of company owned straights runnin local, no big deal !!!
As for new pres. you should stop in and have a chat. Brian is a great guy and always remember, everyone answers to the boss and nothing gets done without his approval. That to me is piece of mind !!!!!!

xiggi..if I said something was black, you'd say it was white...

I rarely reply to your posts so I have no idea where you came up with that. I do honestly believe we would be better off focusing on areas we travel to most often before moving westward. It is hard to service a customer if you hardley ever have a truck in the area.

Don't take that as an argument its just my opinion.

Good morning gang. Starting off as a busy Friday on the load count. Hopefully everyone is doing their best to stay warm and stay safe. I want to thank all of you. I know that this winter has proven to be the most challenging that most of you have ever seen and it is not over yet. I realize that you are all working harder during all of this. I know it is stressful, frustrating and challenging. I wish we could control the weather but we can't. But I at least want you to know that we here in the office do recognize the challenge and adversity you are all facing. I push that message through to everyone on our team. I guess to sum it up....Thank You!!
