February Location and Banter

Went to Rapid City yesterday...took the wife to Red Lobster and spent the night in a motel....

Had new glow plugs and controller put in, fuel filter...had 110,000 miles on the old one....and changed out the fuel line to injectors just because it was original and it was getting real brittle...so good thing I did it....

THEN....went to pick up wife at motel with her NEW pickup....:eek:
Metallic Black 2010 Dodge Ram Quad Cab 5.7 Hemi 4x4.....thought she was going to faint....*lol*

Happy Valentines JuJu!...beats a box of chocolates..:D

Been at home for close to a week, first time off at home technically since orientation.It was a nice, relaxing, got alot of things done stay, Even took the dog to the pet shop to get the works done to him as well, then took the van to the dealer where my freind works to make sure everything is in perfect shape,got to spend time with my kids for awile,and my brother, who flew up from Florida with his family.It is nice to be able to afford to take some time off like this with no major worrries.I was at the Load One office yesterday, and was deeply touched with how nice the showers are.Thank you, John, for taking our needs into consideration, and doing it with such class as well.Toatally awesome!

Congrats JUJU!!!!!
OVM Those are awesome trucks!! I had 2 of them after the second one was stolen I decided to stay away from them.... I doubt you will have that problem in SD..lol I also hear that easy to steel problem was fixed.

My first one was black and the second was that gold color.

We take the Camero down to-day and pick up the truck....

I actually discussed these trucks with a couple techs...especially the one I trust that does my sprinter work....I asked him what he thought was the better truck..the truck like any model had its little nag issues but the last couple years they've been a solid performer....the 5.7 is a good engine and gets the same MPG's as the smaller 8, the 4.7... and the Hemi option was no charge this month...

Rockwell...outside Dallas at the TA.....plenty of things to do near here if I'm here over the weekend. Grocery shopping Saturday for sure. An ex-gf works here, so I will see her later and once again be reminded why she's an ex or why I'm the ex...LOL.

Actually the Hemi gets better gas milage than the 4.7. Just I didnt...lol I went thru 2 sets of drive tires in a year....LOL It's fun doing doughnuts on dry pavement.......:D

Got a monday morning PU in Rockford ill going to Livonia mich and with all miles paid and at a rate that is over the top as we have seen a few times this past month....:D
