Wish i could get home lol.

But on the def light only thing that comes up says its low. He said even though I filled it its saying that it might of been ran empty or close to empty but who knows. They reset it and said if it stays on probably gonna have to replace the pump which is 600 plus 3 hours labor. It came back on on my way back to the truck stop. Gonna fill it up again see what it does

Edit-- on the brakes. They replaced the fluid it was discolored and re-bled them. Pads were good at 50 percent rotors were good.

If I lived in Michigan or Illinois or Ohio I would have it made lol would be home alot not complaining much. I'm happy and making money. Talked to a former load one driver and his wife who went to landstar. Didn't think to get a name. They had a newer sprinter

That Lanstar ex Load 1 driver was probably John Mullins and his wife Connie..really nice people with a really neat "life story"..LOL, I found him in the TA in Monroe Mich the day after a EO U seminar, he was ready to sign with Panther..I told him to go up to Load 1 and talk to Brian 1st...we were in the same orientation class the next day...Connie is a College Professor and famed author that left her jobs to go on the road with John AFTER they met back up after there high school reunion...they ran the road for a over a yr then just recently got married....LOL, they tell the story better then me...

They were unit#197. They lived in WV if I remember correctly. They were brand new to expediting.

Ok I was thinking of another John then. I'll never figure out how a husband and wife can do this job together.
(before you respond I'll remind you that we're going on 28 yrs in July :p)

Yes, I think you are correct. He is a real nice guy. Hope John and Connie are doing well over there. We lost 2 to Landstar over the last year. One just came back after 3 or 4 weeks.

Yea JOHN did well with Load 1....I haven't spoken to them other then on FB since the move, so i have no idea how the business end is going. But I do know that they enjoy being out here together..(after just recently (2yrs ago) hooking back up after yrs and yrs and marriages and divorces and then getting married) they are happy with spending the time together...Me, I am with Scott..I enjoyed my wife being out here for a week, and she liked it also..but we both agreed that that was long enough..yea we will do it again, but not as a permenant deal...nope!!! :)
