10th thru current time. Still sitting home empty.. 1 load offer, to sit on freight for a three day weekend. (To far away for a solo driver to get another load.)

I've done lots of loads into and out of Hitachi and KI lately. Good rate too.

and 3rd day here in Tulsa as well....Murray woke me with BIG bite going to PA.....then the hammer...dammit, going LTL instead.....that load I couldn't run Monday because of starter is looking like a bigger loss all the time...

When you say good rate, are you meaning above and beyond your normal rate?

Hitachi, can be a very good rate...Load1 is one of many preferred carriers, ran many out of there when with them...some great, some not so great....I now define "Great" ? I can't.....Great is in the eyes of the beholder...LOL

Definitely the good place for Freight. Never gotten anything but normal rate out of there.

I have experienced that feeling as well BUT have come to the conclusion ...if you felt it was a bad load at the time.....nothing has changed to make it any better..it is still a bad one for ya....always another load.......eventually...LOL

I wonder if your carrier is also a preferred carrier as well, or you got it as a hand me down....1 more finger in the pie...

At receiver 3.15 am ... opened and unloaded at 6.30 am... grabbed some breakfast and stopped at Menards quickly for a piece of wood to increase my bed from 28" wide ... to a twin mattress now 39 " wide ... now back to sleep and enjoy extra comfort ..
