There is/was an old biker doing exhaust work near Perrysburg, Oh.
I sent my Mercer friend up there to get his straight pipes put on his Pete. He told the exhaust guy he wanted an out of sight muffler that sounded like his HD Road King.
He sent my buddy out of there with the look and sound he wanted.
He lives near Breezewood so he does plenty of screaming up and down mountains.
Six months later he said " I love the sound, I'm just getting TOO OLD for straight pipes !

I'm not sure I was ever younger enough for straights on my bike. Car/truck yeah but never did like an obscenely loud bike

GREAT TRUTHS ABOUT GROWING OLD :
1) Growing old is mandatory; growing up is optional.
2) Forget the health food. I need all the preservatives I can get.
3) When you fall down, you wonder what else you can do while you're
down there.
4) You're getting old when you get the same sensation from a rocking
chair that you once got from a roller coaster.
5) It's frustrating when you know all the answers but nobody asks you
the questions.
6) Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.
7) Wisdom comes with age, but sometimes age comes alone.
