Didn't UPS purchase Menlo earlier this year? Huge aquisition if so... Airfreight w/expedite forwarding and they do contract lease owner op's for P&D as well as expedite.

You are correct. They do have many o/o's with their own trucks. They just don't say ups on them.
All of Menlo/Emery is now UPS.

Yea- that's who I was trying to come with. Emery/Menlo/UPS, told me last year they haven't decided to put on any more expedites, change their name either, or create their own expedite division. As before, with many others, Menlo brokers out expedite loads. I usually know when I have a Menlo load, but not always.
They just started adding o/o's a few months ago. They kept all the o/o's from Menlo/Emery
