I have been out 3 weeks running hard,made some decent bucks,and do not understand this bashing of FDX CC. Hear me Brandy, I have been with FDX ( Roberts) since 1987 and have always earned a adequate income. I do not agree 100% with their policies but I am free to leave if I want to. No Company is perfect,no company is dedicated to the owner operator,they have expenses also. Your recent post said that Fdx was in deep money problems,well if you rode by the new FDX CC building in Green Ohio you would certainly not see a company that was having financial problems.
On another matter what is going on these days,guys yelling at each other on the forum,usning profanity,puting othe people down etc.
WE are all in this crazy world together,whether you drive a B,C D or an E unit,we all know what it!s like to get a call at 2300 on a Saturday night that must be picked up now. So what I am trying to say is: lets back off on the name calling and the nasty posts and just get along.If you don!@t agree with a post thats fine,just reply in a civilized manner or ME and TONY and Weave will do you in.LOL

That was a very nice post, and your right about all you said. And as far as FDX corp hurting for money, that's not the case. There asking people that have enough service in if they want to retire sooner that all. When you buy all the compaine's they have over the last few yrs there is going to be some job cut backs. You have people from RPS,Robert's Express, Caliaber, And American freightways that came to FEDEX.

I agree with RichM. Everyone needs to back off the name calling & nasty posts. Everyone should realize we can all learn alittle something from everyone. Just remember everyone is a little different in their views and thoughts.

The chart for the stock price does not show signs of money problems along with paying out dividends to stockholders is signs of a profit.

I thought I would help put this "Fedex having money problems" to bed.

I agree with RichM, the bashing has got to stop, I'm not naming names since I don't know who's behind it but plz stop. As for FDX, they are the BEST company out there in my opinion and have set the standard for expediting trucking. So if you don't like them then go work for someone else like Jimbo's Ontime Broccoli Haulers. HeHeHe

Well, we too drive for FedEx CC. I don't know whether stating our opinion is really bashing, but I think not. I agree Robert's Express was a great company and did set the standards at one time. The FedEx CC we live in now is no better than any other company out there. It is simply the devil I know.

If you're curious, I won't say anything here that I won't say (or haven't already said) to anyone in FedEx CC. A little feedback is the only way they have to learn what really works out here. That is, besides seeing the legions of prior FedEx CC O/O who have left to become Mom and Pop expeditors and taken a little business with them.

I guess the most important function we have here is to state an honest case for the newbies or people interested in a company, so they don't have to make the same mistakes many others have made. I'll keep bashing and praising where justified.
