Poynt, great yellow & white pages, restaurants, movie theater. Works great and free. Had it on my Blackberry for years now on my Evo.
Fring, my wife & I both have Evos, when I am on the road we can video call using the front camera.
Apps 2 SD, moves those big apps to your SD. Makes the phone faster.
Memory killer, kills those pesky apps running in the background like Facebook, maps, Google etc... that you don't need till you need it. Helps save on battery power.
Camera scanner and files anywhere, take a pic of a document with camera scanner and fax it anywhere with Files Anywhere.
My phone is rooted, there are specific apps and launchers for rooted phones that are really great and fast. WiFi tether is great for hooking up the computer and printer to the internet and don't have to pay Sprint $30 a month to do it. Also when your phone is rooted, you can delete stock apps that come with your phone if you choose that can't do otherwise.
Fresh ROM, there are multitudes of roms and kernels available if your going to root your Android phone. Each one does something different or a combination of things. I use Fresh, I get the system updates before Sprint rolls them out, longer battery life and lightning fast speed on streaming.
Your best bet, hire a vet! Please.
