Oh, well you know they "fixed" that password thing a while back and I think this is a result. I think it lost all the passwords. I had to call and get a new one because it wouldn't take mine either. After I got the new one then it would let me in just enough to give the error messages.

I have not been able to get on for days....so much for IAC re-certification...re-certification....re-certification....yes sent in 3 times/passed and still indicating we need to do it....LOL
