Extra stops

How much do you usually get per extra stop, I try and get 50 but lately it's more like 35

As a cargo van driver I get a flat $25 per extra stop.

Let me check my profile sheet,I just got one of those tonight.. (Well not a stop but wrong address) $25.00. But its not payday yet and I haven't heard yet if the customer is always right, this may still be my fault for following the load profile

Stops are usually measured by how far the first stop takes you off course from the final drop....would you do a drop for $50 if the first drop took you 100 miles off course from final drop?....Probably not....

Wouldn't affect us out and back guys as much.

I would because I get paid for all loaded miles. The 100 miles off course would be paid at my rate and I would get $25 for the extra stop. In your scenario I would also be making an extra $25 which would allow me to buy premium hot dogs.

Extra stops are always figured out in the total miles loaded .
My first stop is 345 miles out next is 60 north and the final is 75 north from that so I get all miles plus pay 35 per extra stop for this one. Each stop is 2 skids . Not a bad day I had a dh of 35 to get loaded.
