Ask them how many SOLO CV drivers have left in the last 4 months....ak them if they will pass over a Solo driver and give a load to a TEAM in a CV / Sprinter even if a Solo is ahead of them and can carry the load.....

Now if you want to team for them.....

Express 1's rules are specifically set up for a team operation...with the mileage limitations and just the volume of teams on with them...rarely will you see any long loads as a solo...

The worms are doing just fine Thank you..;)

There is a wee bit of a storm coming our way..you are NEXT...*lol*

Back to topic...The primary error newbees make is concentrating on MILES..How many miles they will get...equating miles = money...BUT there is a few other considerations they are overlooking.

Ken was wrong when he said solo van drivers would not see long loads at Express 1. Solos see long loads being loaded onto team trucks and driven away into the dust every day!

I needed the laugh.

Even the brokers are asking for teams on loads a solo can do more often now.

That i'd suggest is because......the solo's don't amount to much anymore. Too many been burnt by some clown look'in out the windshield while wait'in steada naping. Then....it gets too late in the evening an say......this freight ain't worth me dying for an lay down too long.

Kaint say's I blame em! Y'all are yer own worse enemys.

Even my dispatch says the younger guys are all dust and no substance...my last couple loads i did 1 was 1349 miles with 6 extra hours...I slept and 7 hrs later i DH'd 168 miles to pick up and then run 1414 miles...no problem...but this ole salty dog knows not to fool around and take every chance to get 40 ZZZzzz's...
