Critter Truckin ....E-1 is a preferred carrier(Gold Star) in 11 states now, thats why you see them predominately in the I75 corridor.
Preferred meaning if a load comes up for bid and theres an E-1 unit WE get it without bidding. After that we like many others are a tier 1 carrier...The last 2 orientations I have seen at least 6 FDXCC D units on change over. Not many P2's changing thou..
