I run a straight truck with E-1 and TT's seem to move off of the load board quick. You picked a good company to work with.

I'm not picking on you guys but for the benefit of others who may be studying the forum your post is a good example of putting the cart before the horse. Researching companies is a good idea before buying trucks not after. Again, not picking on you but just trying to help others.

I can't tell you about t/t with Express-1 however I can tell you that when I was with them they were a good company. They are stand up people but being from Houston they weren't a good fit five years ago. Good luck.

orientation is 2 days. no wasted time. direct and to the point. my wife did an orientation at my former company and felt her time wasted due to individual ppwk not being completed correctly. meaningful and moved along well.

nice notebook of helpful info provided. enjoy the dot hos vids on dy 2. qualcom lessons for the uninitiated.

make sure you get the correct ph numbers for load planning and cust service. also get their extensions for when there is no operator.

food was okay. pizza one day and your-choice-subs the other.

diesel diner marathon down the road on 12 was a very good meal on the budget menu. my kind of place if i wnted to do a place instead of driving.

When in orientation don't forget to get an access card. You will be able to use the restroom & shower. You can also do laundry, watch tv, or use the computer. You can also buy pop ,or make coffee. There is a copy machine you can use.I believe the accsess card was $10.00
