wow that read mega sarcastic to me. i would be upset if someone called me presumptuous. and i never heard anyone complain about a lack of response on these forums.
and in the next breath
"This is a people business and we are taking that personal touch to the highest level to ensure we answer all of your questions and a few you didn't think of to secure your success. "
if that were the case then you wouldnt be here making this post in response to a complaint.
