Does expediters services help new fleet owner's break into the expediting industry? Do they require fleet owner experience?

Why don't you call them and ask? I think you would get the right answer from the horses mouth.

No pay for first 100 miles on dead head. Then was around .30 per dead head mile after that.

I'd be open to other peoples opinion on this. I know when I was with them it was 50 miles dh free because that's how FDCC paid. Now to my knowledge there's no free miles. And i mainly deal with my w/g units, but I think our deadhead pay on the surface side isn't much, like $0.15/mile per driver or $0.30/mile per team.

Is this standard or do fleet owners tend to pay better dh than the carrier pays?
