It is immoral and sleazy not to warn people if you know they are about to get used and abused and robbed for all their efforts.

By not seeking legal action against this company you are guilty of just that. You are allowing them to continue. Can't believe you and four other teams can't come up with a little scratch to meet with a lawyer. Get off your butt and do something other than complain.

As Moot said..Get a lawyer and intiate action...sometimes a simple letter from a lawyer will show the carrier you are serious. Far too many times people squawk like seagulls but never do anything and let these offensive business people off the hook...

Five persons or couples each being beat out of $6,000.00 or more. I would expect your State Attorney General would look into a claim of $30,000.00 or more.

I'm not trying to kick a dead horse here "BUT IF" a tv station did not agree with certain practices of an advertiser they would wash their hands of them. I'm sure it's in the fine print of their contract as it should be for advertisers on EO. I do not know if every one complaining are complaining of the same company or not but show some compassion. In my case the legal action has been taken.(A letter from the attorney to the carrier warning of legal action)and of course if that doesn't work then we'll see the judge. I hope every one owed money regaurdless of the carrier their refering to can recover their money without too much expence verses balance owed, but there are some principals to consider here. GO FOR IT!!!!!!

"Dead Horse" if you can blame E.O. for a Company that advertises on E.O. for the problems between yourself & what ever Company it is, by that rational anyone who tries to sell a vechile on E.O. would have E.O. guarantee it's condition. There is no way in the world E.O. is responsible for the Business practice's of their Advertisers.

Don't exactly know if you actually read what I wrote, but pretty sure I didn't blame EO for anything, but I guess some people see what they want to see just like some people only hear what they want to hear, go figure!
