Escrow monies from Nations Express

Hi,
Could someone please tell me the best way to get my escrow money back. I was driving for Nations Express and left them in October as my wife and I bought a business. They were taking payments from my settlements for escrow for the peoplenet system.
When I left,I promptly returned the peoplenet system and been getting the runaround ever since. They pay twice a month,on the 15th and last day of the month, and everytime I call, they say it will be sent out on next pay.I dont see the trouble in cutting a check and sending it out, even if it is in between pay periods.I'm getting tired of calling them and hate the thought of hiring an attorney.
Thank you for any suggestions,
Chaz

In another thread a member had a similar problem but I don't remember what company it was with. He told the company if he didn't have his refund by a certain date he would be contacting his attorney. He posted that he received the money the day before the deadline. You may wind up with no alternative other than legal action but hopefully not. Good luck.

Depending on where you live it might work to show up in person. Easy to blow someone away on the phone, lots more difficult in person, especially if they have new drivers coming onboard the day you show up.

OOIDA can be very helpful in getting escrow monies returned.

Just another of the many reasons to be a member.

There is an organization called TEANA. They work hand and hand with the companies that use the GPS411 software. If nations is a member of TEANA (the Expediting alliance of North America) they have a board that handles issues that come up with their members. Not sure if Nations is a member or if this is something TEANA will get involved in but it can't hurt to look them up and give it a try.

I think you still have to be a member? I'm not sure if Nations is a member any more? I know as far as the Carolinas, All-State is a member. I will have to check.
