Trying to log on to both Panther web things I got these messages:

Probably the latter one. Redis is an open source, in-memory data structure store, used as a database, cache and message broker. That error is due to a lack of disk space (unlikely on that server) or a lack of RAM memory (more likely). The IT dude needs to take a look at the running database operations that cause the memory spike, and either add more memory or chug another Red Bull and create a swapfile in the root.

Thanks! Everything is back up and running. I got a load this morning so it didn't affect the phone system or the QC.
