El Paso, bad ice on I 10

I - 10,,,,150 miles East of EL Paso,,,ice on roads, interstate lined with trucks pulled over and many wrecked, slow down out there, its bad. My buddy is pulled over in his Sprinter with ice on mirrors and windshield--------its 21 degrees
