Ok... The car sold last Friday. it was listed at Copart USA - The Source for Online Car Auctions - Home Page in Saint Cloud MN. If you go to their site (you don't have to log in) and look at a car, you will find the photos are MUCH larger. The image was re sized (not by me) when posted. Then take in to consideration I have a 26" monitor on my home computer. I can see the fly on the trunk lid. I am in the market for a 4 door sedan, it was cheap, but the car is TRASHED. so I passed on it. (stickers come off)

I did not comment because it is sometimes fun to see others comments first. Those that are "offended", hey, I pointed it out. I didn't manufacture the sticker, sell it, or apply it to the car. I am just the messenger. I figured my title would indicate how I felt about it.

I am not offended by it at all. I'm white, but I have thick skin. It was pointed out by me here to start a conversation about the guts of people to put comments on their cars like this. It also seems to have flushed out the easy to offend crowd.

Interestingly, where I grew up, it was working class mixed racial demographic, 65% African-American. The most prevalent welfare system abusers in the 'hood were white people. So much for stereotypes.

I enjoyed the op. I thought it was funny. The things people will publicly display on a vehicle, house, in a front yard (there's a dude in Davison, MI who flies the American flag upside down), then wonder why they "get picked on", lol.

Sounds legit, thanks for clearifying the source.

hmmmm......sounds a little bit like trolling, but hey, who am I to judge?

Those that are "offended", hey, I pointed it out. I didn't manufacture the sticker, sell it, or apply it to the car. I am just the messenger. I figured my title would indicate how I felt about it.

Well I'd like to think any right minded person would be offended by such a bigoted racist sticker. Yeah you didn't manufacture it, sell it or apply it to your car, but you did post it here in the soapbox. Basically your are guilty of perpetuating an ignorant and bigotted view that some people have. As for the title of the thread, please forgive me for not knowing what "Ei yi yi", was or even meant, which I think could still be up for interpretation. It seems that there are many definitions of the phrase as some have pointed out. Since there wasn't any commentary after the title of the thead it is easy to see how it could've been misinterpretated and unclear exactly what you were trying to achieve in posting it.

I am not offended by it at all. I'm white, but I have thick skin.

Well I would contend that most white people wouldn't be offended by it(since the message is directed at another skin color) but some other members, that just might not be of the caucasion type, could or just may be a bit offended by the message and the fact that someone thought it was important to post without any commentary.

It was pointed out by me here to start a conversation about the guts of people to put comments on their cars like this.

If your intent was to start a conversation that would've been an ideal opening line for your post to get the ball rolling.

It also seems to have flushed out the easy to offend crowd.

Well its quite the offensive statement, so yeah, I'm guilty of being easily offended.

Here's a good rule of thumb to use when starting a thread. Link
Topical news articles posted without comment are either SPAM or trolling, so cough it up. Whatcha think, dood? What's interesting? What's not? What do you agree with, or disagree with, and why? :D

If that advice was used in this matter we could've avoided this whole thing.

Posting a picture of random racist messages found on cars would also fall into this category in my opinion.

That advice wouldn't really apply, since this isn't a topical news article.

I wonder how many would get upset if a similar bumper sticker in reverse colors was posted?

"Interestingly, where I grew up, it was working class mixed racial demographic, 65% African-American. The most prevalent welfare system abusers in the 'hood were white people. So much for stereotypes."

I wonder how many in here have ever even met an "African-American? I have only ever met 3 or 4.I Have met, known and worked with hundreds of Americans of African decent. :p

There are NO colors barriers when it comes to scum. Bums be bums. Always has been that way, always will be.

When I was about to be passed over for a local scholarship in favor of an African American classmate with a lower GPA because she was considered "a minority", my parents approached the school board with the census statistics, and the definition of "minority". I got the scholarship.

It's all a bunch of stuff. There should be no minorities, just qualifications and the most qualified should be chosen in every area.

Never happen. Far too many cry babies think that they are OWED something for what ever reason. Just because they are pink or blue or what ever.

Yes, too many racial, gender, religion, mental or otherwise who can't/won't make it on their abilities and expect/demand special treatment and too many panderers willing to give it to them.

They are trolling for votes at the expense of the good of the nation.
