ED

For those of us that have laid awake at night pondering what to do if you have an erection lasting longer then 4 hours, the answer can be found in this months issue of a Mens magazine called Best Life.

Is this a common problem? If the big "V" would advertise this as a common side effect I bet their sales would double.

Well at least I wouldn't worry about rolling over and falling out of bed during the night.

Critter,
When you get to be my age, if you wake up with that problem in the middle of the night, the first thing you do is call up your buddies and brag about it!

I think it was one of the fellers on the Blue Collar Comedy who said if he had that problem he would go to the hospital ER, put his gown on backwards, and, like the last guy said, puff out his shoulders and strut.

Joking aside it's a pretty serious condition. The Levitra adds that state you should seek medical help should not be ignored. Of course with many of us 4 minutes is much more likely.

oh yes Viagra, what can I say.

I am speaking of the little blue pill.

For those who don’t know that ED is a marketing thing, it is - second greatest marking idea to ever come about in the 20th century that is. The company makes a lot of money on those little blue diamond shaped pills, about $9 a piece – not a bad bit of profit.

I was reading about some adverse events with this pill and it is amazing to see that people are taking it every day. It was not really meant to be taken every day but every third day because of some problems in stage 3. But again, Zoloft and Paxil are not supposed to be given to kids under 17 or prescribe by a general practitioner.

The latest thing that the company has been pushing is a complete sexual profile with stress testing to see if you can handle the pill.

Well the side effects are numerous to say the least, here are just a few.

Common things
• headache
• flushing
• dyspepsia
• nasal congestion
• urinary tract infection
• diarrhea
• dizziness
• rash

At this point, I would reconsider taking it.

And the more scary ones – these by the way are more common than one would think.
• myocardial infarction
• sudden cardiac death
• ventricular arrhythmia
• cerebrovascular hemorrhage
• transient ischemic attack
• hypertension
• seizures
• long lasting psychological anxiety
• depression
• prolonged erection – minor issue
• breast enlargement
• herpes simplex
• priapism
• hematuria
• diplopia,
• vision loss/decreased vision – both long perm and temporary
• ocular redness
• ocular burning
• ocular swelling/pressure
• increased intraocular pressure
• retinal vascular disease
• bleeding, vitreous detachment/traction
• macular edema
• arthritis

you may not last 4 hours with any of these.

Greg,

If I remember right, wasn't there a guy that was on Good Morning America, that went blind from taking Viagra? The worst part about it -
he lost the vision in his one eye, continued taking the pill, then lost his vision in the other eye.

After that is when they starting with the warning about loss of vision.

My question is: Why didn't he stop taking the pill when he lost the vision in his one eye???

That's an old joke. I don't get the "Bubba".

Viagra: loose sight in one eye.

Masturbate: good luck renewing your CDL.

He didn't listen to his momma when she said "doing that would make him go blind"!

Seriously,
I heard a report the other day, that teenage boys are now taking Viagra. Now would someone explain to me why the heck a teenage boy would need that?
