AmericaExpedited llc Owners were Tom Ray , Bruce Barrett and other company was Closed in early 2011.. in good standings
Allinexpediting Owner Bruce Barrett relationship Toms Brother our uncle. no longer in business
LRT Owners not sure nothing to do with that company. no longer in business
Allinexpediting was started before Eclipse Expediting we were doing their billing to start and then Bruce wanted someone else to do it after that the 2 companies did not do business together.
We had our own fleets own websites and own way of doing things.
LRT went out of business and some time after we found that some that working there were looking for work. So we currently have one that works with us.
Eclipse Expediting LLC Pay we require most of the time the original BoLs in order to pay drivers yes their was drivers that took alot of calls to get the BoLs to us very few remain due to at the end of the year we were excepting fax or email copys once we got these in they were payed.
PS to drivers that currently work with us if you are not happy with your dispatcher or the company please give me a call at 616-299-0837 I would be happy to talk with you and address any problems you may have or just to talk for a min or two. Thank you all and have a Great new year.
We have been with Eclipse (and others) since April and we are happy with them. Yes, I too, have had a few issues with Tom, but not that he's been hateful, just that he has a tendency to talk over me when I'm on the phone with him. Not sure if it's because I'm a woman or the owner of our company and not a driver, or what, but hey, in that case, I just choose to be nice, say yes, sir, and thank you, and get off the phone as soon as possible.
I have also spoken with Shawn on a couple of occasions and liked him immensely.
As far as dispatchers and loads, we had a dispatcher who was a little ditzy and a bit difficult to work with, but she I believe has decided dispatching wasn't for her, and we have a new one who is working out great.
We don't get a "ton" of work from them, but they are always calling us about bidding loads, so I at least feel they are doing their job and trying to get us runs. We do get enough runs that we wouldn't decide to drop them for any reason.
As for pay, we are set up for direct deposit and let's say my driver has a run on Monday, delivers Tuesday, he then trip packs his BOL, and we will get a pay slip emailed to us the following Monday, pay in the bank on Friday, sometimes even Thursday. In my few months' experience with them, they actually are paying faster now than when we first started with them.
We do have one super slow broker when paying, 21 days from day of load until day you get your paper check in the mail. However, they are never late, I know it's 21 days, I know the money's coming, and we have three other carriers who pay weekly, so it's money in the bank.
