I really don't like things hot. Sliced jalapeños on my Five Dollar Footlong? Not a chance. Pace Salsa, for example, the Mild is what I like. The Medium I can handle, but just barely. I'm about done after a few bites. The Hot one, forget it. Crying and eating don't go together for me. But I do like that Cholula. It's zingy, but not hot, and adds tons of flavor, despite it being well up there on the
Scoville heat scale. Clearly, eating Cholula made with Pequin and eating the Pequin pepper itself are two very different things.
