Dying Democracy

We are seeing our liberties and striped from us on a ongoing basis. We watched as we lost privacy to the DHS...we are seeing barry take over businesses and try to take more control of our lives with his Cap & Tax and with his government run Healthcare package with rationed care and death panels....

These are being pushed by the "Elites" of the world....below is the "Conclusion" of a 5 part seris that i have provided the link to. While it is too long to post here, the whole seris is well worth reading....

While i do not totally agree with all aspects of these writings, i certainly do believe enough of it to understand that we are all in for a long hard ride if we do not work to take back our government, freedoms, liberties and way of life....

The link to this seris is attached below...

Conclusion

As George Orwell wrote, “Power is not a means, it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship. The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power.”

The more people that think for themselves; the worse it is for the cartel. People, free thinking individuals, are the greatest threat to this cartel and their war of position. That is why the answer and solution to exposing the supra-hegemonic war of position, challenging and triumphing over the New World Order, lies in the free-thinking individual. The challenge is global and globalized; the solution is local and localized. The problem is conformity and controlled thought; the answer is individuality and free thought.

While humanity is faced with such monumental crises the likes of which in scope and size, we have never before faced, so too, are we faced with the greatest opportunities for an ultimate change in the right direction. While people are controlled and manipulated through crisis and disorder, so too can people be awoken to seeing the necessity of knowledge and critical thought. When one’s life is thrown into disorder and chaos, suddenly observation, information and knowledge become important in understanding how one got into that situation, and how one can escape it.

With this in mind, while facing the potential for the greatest struggle humanity has ever faced, so too are we facing the greatest potential for a new Enlightenment or a new Renaissance; an age of new thought, new life, new potential, and peace. No matter how much elites think they control all things, life has a way of making one realize that there are things outside the control of people. With every action, comes an equal and opposite reaction.

We may not reach a new age of thinking and peace before we enter into a new age of oppression and war. In fact, the former may not be possible without the latter. People must awake from their slumber; their immersion in consumerist society and pop culture distractions, and awake to both the malevolence of world systems and the wonder of life and its potential. Through crisis, comes control; through control, comes power; through power, comes resistance; through resistance, comes thinking; through thinking, comes potential; through potential, comes peace.

We may very well be entering into the most oppressive and destructive order the world has yet seen, but from its ruins and ashes, which are as inevitable as the tides and as sure as the sun rises, we may see the rise of a truly peaceful world order; in which we see the triumphs of individualism merge with the interests of the majority; a people’s world order of peace for all. We must maintain, as Antonio Gramsci once wrote, “Pessimism of the intellect, optimism of the will.”

Again, this is only the Conclusion to a 5 part series, if you think this is "tinfoil" stuff...then ignore it, If you see what is going on here, read the whole series...

You are right Ken, the people are waking up and rising the temp alot in washington...but the problem is that pelosi and reid and the power brokers don't give a tinker *amn what the people want and they are looking to force this through with only 51 votes using the garbage act of "reconciliation".....they know they don't have the votes even from the dems...so they are talking screwing both their own , the repubs and the people...

Then again yesterday you had one dem saying that there are chances that you won't even see a bill until Dec, if then....so who knows for sure...but the fact s the people are making a difference and they need to continue to pressure these elected idoits......not only on healthcare but on cap & tax, immigration reform the budget and the FED and all the rest of barrys socialist ideals and plans.....

OVM,
yes they are getting mad but the opposition has started to pull the race card out and playing that in some of these meetings and gatherings. Health Care reform is about race now, it is about the poor who have nothing to begin with and need free health care. It is about the white guys suppressing all the minorities to make millions off their backs. I can go on and on but here is the thing, if this really gets heated and these people on the correct side of the issue don't back down, we may see physical altercations and more involvement by the feds to stop this type of anarchy.

Oh and if this was a democracy, we would not be having this discussion, this would have been a done deal.

Thank you Greg. We are NOT a democracy, we are a Republic. Healthcare bill has never been about healthcare, it's been about nothing more than more government control, and leveling the playing field. The same as every other new reform that this administration has enacted.

I think it will accelerate things a bit because of the build up of his death. People are basically stupid when it comes to the Kennedys. it is all about Camelot and JFK and RFK and how they did this and did that. Even when Jackie was fighing the indians, the press vilified the indians for their claims to the island that she co-owned with them. It is a very twisted family.

They are going to try and push it through in Teddy's memory. I'm just wondering how Barry is going to do anything with his puppet master around.

Not really. That is one facet of it. When you get into what the Kennedys were about you can find a lot of bad but you can also find a lot of good. Most of the bad pertains to them not being able to keep their pants on, or more directly, their inability to stay out of others pants. The good they have done in the way of public service is unparalleled. Special Olympics, The Peace Corps, A whole lot of Civil Rights Legislation, and a whole lot more. Come to think of it, you're right, people are basically stupid when it comes to the Kennedys.

Dude, learn the history of the family, the good doesn't out way the bad by any distance. The peace corp, the special Olympics and other things were not the brain child of the family but may have been created in different forms by others - we may never know.

Civil rights laws and policies would have happened without Teddy, he wasn't around in the senate when things were starting to take shape inthe early 1950s and his brothers didn't do too much in that regards when they held office. JFK had opportunities to stop a lot of cr*p in the south but didn't and RFK focused on non-civil rights issues (the Mafia and organized crime was his focus) in the justice department with civil rights investigations and prosecutions dropping in 1961 when he took over from the Eisenhower administration. And amazingly most of the work on Civil Rights was done by a southern bigot, LBJ. I think he did more in two years, '64 and '65 than JFK did while all the time he was in office.

But again the children are a reflection of their father. Their politics were the same as the fathers because they were controlled by their father up to the time he had his stroke.

In his bootlegging days, how many people do you think he screwed?

How many families do you think he ruined?

How about his connections to Buchalter, Louis Capone and Detroit's own Bernstein?

He used those guys to make sure his organization was 'protected' and it was common knowledge here what he was doing in the 1960 election to get his son through the primaries and then elected.

It doesn't matter, the entire family has done less for the country than many individuals have. It is not that people are stupid for thinking the bad but the good, they are stupid to fall for the myth of the family while being in denial of the greed, debauchery and elitism behind the facade.

You know the amazing thing out of all of this is he really didn't do much for the 47 years of being in that seat and won't really be missed by any one but the party.

I know the history of the family. You crack me up when you post things like "learn the history of the family". I do know the history of the family. Bootlegging went on in a whole lot of places and in a whole lot of families, including mine. Prohibition was the most ridiculous law we ever had. And to make it an amendment to the Constitution? Talk about stupidity...
Face it..you just don't like them. It's O.K. if you don't like them, just say " I don't like the Kennedys" and leave it at that.
